Meet the Newest Addition to the Tiki Village!

Arriving on location just in time for the 2007 Annual Tiki Bar Opening, "Grill Sergeant BBQ" spent opening weekend serving spare ribs, pulled pork, Italian sausages, and other mouthwatering barbeque. "Grill Sergeant BBQ" is located in the Tiki Village, right across from the Tiki Bar. The scenic view and "tiki" ambiance make a great home for this restaurant!

Mike Theesen, the official "Grill Sergeant," has been barbequing for almost nine years! Prior to opening his location in the Tiki Village, the grill sergeant served barbeque in front of the Tiki Bar for two years in his concession stand. Now under a real roof, the grill sergeant is barbequing away and anticipating the 2008 Annual Opening!
